Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Lead and mentor junior team members.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.- Experience in payroll processing and compliance.- Knowledge of HR and payroll systems integration.- Hands-on experience in configuring payroll modules. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
