Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing SAP HCM Payroll solutions- Provide guidance on best practices for SAP HCM Payroll implementation- Analyze and optimize payroll processes for efficiency Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules- Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations- Hands-on experience in payroll data migration and integration- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
