Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage our Shopify-based e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of e-commerce technology, website operations, and vendor coordination, with the ability to ensure seamless digital performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily management and performance of the Shopify website
Install, update, and troubleshoot Shopify apps and third-party integrations
Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams on website updates and UI/UX improvements
Coordinate with external developers and technology partners to implement technical enhancements
Monitor website analytics, performance metrics, and user behavior; recommend optimization strategies
Manage product listings, inventory synchronization, and order flow logic
Address technical escalations from internal teams and customers
Manage communication and negotiations with vendors and service providers

Candidate Profile

Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Working knowledge of Shopify apps, Liquid templating basics, and content management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently and coordinate across teams
Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor-management skills
