Job Summary:

Looking for a Junior Helpdesk Technical Agent having around 3 to 5 yrs of experience in helpdesk roles.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and common hardware components.
Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow
Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).,
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
Assist in setting up new users systems (laptops, desktops, email accounts, etc.).
Install and configure software applications and updates.
Maintain an accurate log of support requests and resolutions.
Ability to work independently with little direction and supervision
Superior interpersonal skills, strong adaptability skill, and superior verbal and writing communication skills.
