In this role of Tech Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing Inbound Technical Support during US Shifts. Your primary duties will involve: - Taking inbound calls from customers facing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable solutions to the customers - Selling technical support plans and relevant software to enhance customer experience To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support - Proficient in closing calls independently - Strong convincing and sales skills - Knowledgeable about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computers, Printers, Broadband, Routers, Emails, Mac, iPhones, and iPads As a Tech Support Associate, you can expect a salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month (fixed) along with lucrative incentives.
