Team Member - Engineering (Civil)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented engineering team member civil to coordinate facility maintenance schedules, manage facility records, and ensure adherence to SOPs, Facility upkeep, All time Audit readiness. This role plays a pivotal part in inventory control and CAPA closure, contributing to seamless production operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective resource utilization.

" Roles & Responsibilities

• Up keeping the facility in good, presentable & auditable condition
• Coordination for within & outside department for civil maintenance, modification & internal projects.
• Repeated breakdown & maintenance jobs to be reviewed & finding the solution to reduce.
• Reviewing the indenting spares/instruments required for various civil maintenance & modifications & follow-up with SCM for delivery of material.
• Preparation of user requirement specification, technical comparison & prepare proposal & getting quotation for newly procuring area.
• Coordination with equipment vendors during project execution.
• Preparing & reviewing SOP, s PMP’s schedule .Reviewing for maintaining the updated records.
• Drawing, Designing &submitting for approval of In house projects of civil.
• Allotting works to all civil personnel & ensuring completion in safe condition.
• Training of personal to meet requirements.
• Ensuring plant is ready for inspection in all civil aspects.
• Member for cross functional Team.
