Job Description

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works, including cost estimation, quantity tracking, and billing to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
Monitor project progress and highlight delays or deviations.
Coordinate with site, procurement, and design teams for timely execution.
Review and verify quantities for BOQs and subcontractor bills.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities.
Prepare MIS reports, progress charts, and dashboards.
Support project documentation and planning reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
48 years of experience in planning, QS, or project controls for EPC/construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel.
Understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing.
Good analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
