Team Member - COE Engineering

Purpose/Objective

Team Member COE drives excellence and innovation by leveraging specialized expertise in engineering, project management, and technology. They optimize efficiency, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic planning, serving as key drivers of innovation and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Operational Oversight: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in operations while monitoring the performance of operations and implementing improvements as necessary. Safety and Compliance: Support the team in conducting compliance and safety audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Help in documenting audit findings and tracking the implementation of corrective actions. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and organize data relevant to services and performance metrics and also analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and efficiency gains. Contribute to implementing and monitoring improvement strategies and solutions. Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and process spreadsheets. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for review. Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Key Stakeholders - Internal: Head COE Other Departments - Business development, finance and accounts, Techno commercial, Human resources Key Stakeholders - External: External Consultants
