Job Description

The Team Manager will lead the admission counsellor team for the Amravathi region and ensure smooth execution of all admission activities under Touch Campus and partner university policies. The role involves supervising the counsellors, driving daily performance, monitoring lead flow, and maintaining overall conversion efficiency from enquiry to admission.

The manager will plan, allocate, and review the work of the counsellors, ensuring they follow the counselling standards, daily follow-up routines, documentation processes, and reporting guidelines. The position requires coordinating field operations, scheduling industry visits, overseeing doorstep counselling activities, and ensuring counsellors meet their weekly and monthly admission targets.

The manager will act as the primary point of contact between the regional team and the central office, ensuring timely communication of updates on programs, fees, university notifications, counselling scripts, and compliance requirements. This includes verifying that all admissions are completed with proper documentation, eligibility checks, and payment confirmation before forwarding files for university approval.

The role also includes monitoring digital marketing leads generated for Amravathi, ensuring quick response time, and distributing leads fairly among the team. The manager will conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, communication, CRM usage, and field counselling techniques, ensuring every counsellor maintains a high level of professionalism.

The manager will participate in strategic expansion activities across the Amravathi district, including building relationships with industries, colleges, tuition centres, community organizations, and local influencers to support outreach for working professionals’ education. The position demands maintaining strong discipline, team motivation, problem-solving capacity, and the ability to handle escalations from students and parents calmly.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in admissions, sales, or education management, along with strong communication, mentoring, and operational skills. The role is suited for someone who is target-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and committed to delivering excellent results for the region.
