Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of financial advisors and sales professionals to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for HNI sales and acquisition, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales process for securities, equity, mutual funds, and other investment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in broking and investment strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages team members to excel and achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  4 to 9 years

  of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on team management and sales.
• Strong knowledge of securities, equity, investment products, and mutual funds.
• Proven experience in HNI sales and acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
