Gold Loan-Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess the value of gold items presented by clients for loan purposes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and to promote customer loyalty.
• Conduct sales activities to promote gold loan products and services, achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our gold loan products.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in gold valuation and sales techniques.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of

  1 to 6 years

  of relevant work experience in sales or financial services, preferably in gold loans.
• Strong knowledge of gold valuation and the gold loan market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site in locations such as
