Team Manager - Analytics

In this role as a Team Manager with a strong Analytics background, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary Analytics team in the Manufacturing industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Planning and allocating resources efficiently to support global and local business needs. - Managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Providing technical guidance in the Analytics team and driving key performance indicators such as First Pass Yield (FPY) and On-Time Delivery (OTD). - Collaborating with global stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. - Developing and executing strategies for team growth and long-term capability building. - Identifying skill gaps and implementing strategies for competency development and career growth. - Driving recruitment and onboarding of new team members to support business expansion. - Establishing and managing relationships with vendors and third parties to ensure quality and timely delivery. - Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality processes and compliance with industry standards. Your qualifications for this role should include: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Analytics roles, preferably in a global or multi-location environment. - Experience in the transformer/Electrical industry is advantageous. - Proven experience in managing projects, driving process and quality improvements, and working with global stakeholders. - Strategic thinking with strong analytical, organizational, and risk management skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts. - Proficiency in SQL, VBA development, Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL Server, Tableau, and knowledge of R/Python/Scala. - Experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis using Power BI. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with knowledge of manufacturing operations and business processes. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
