Job Description

Lead the preparation of detailed technical and commercial proposals for automation solutions.
Analyse client requirements (RFQs/RFPs) and develop customized solutions in the engineering and design.
Estimate project costs, prepare pricing structures, and determine appropriate lead times.
Create complete techno-commercial documentation, including BOMs, layouts, scope of supply, and technical specifications.
Support the sales team during pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and clarifications.
Ensure proposal submissions are accurate, professionally formatted, and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain and manage proposal templates, costing tools, and historical data for continuous improvement.
Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, planning) for proposal inputs.
