Job Description


  • Lead the preparation of detailed technical and commercial proposals for  automation solutions.
  • Analyse client requirements (RFQs/RFPs) and develop customized solutions in the engineering and design.
  • Estimate project costs, prepare pricing structures, and determine appropriate lead times.
  • Create complete techno-commercial documentation, including BOMs, layouts, scope of supply, and technical specifications.
  • Support the sales team during pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and clarifications.
  • Ensure proposal submissions are accurate, professionally formatted, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain and manage proposal templates, costing tools, and historical data for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, planning) for proposal inputs.
