Job Description

Design & Development: Create and implement automated control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.

System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get adequate project data and prepare EMI sheet, IO List, Project BOM.
Testing & Validation: Prepare, simulate, test, and debug offline developed program to ensure reliability and achieve customer requirements.
Documentation:Prepare and maintain Lesson learn, SOPs, Flow Charts, Project Manuals, ISO Files, Project complete program backup, Project BOM.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure systems meet industry safety and regulatory standards also system should meet all poka-yoke and safety interlocking standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize PLC, HMI and Servo program and improve fail safe conditions, Interlockings, Safety program by enhancing program build.
Onsite work: Visit onsite for project installation, services or for breakdown works which include travelling as a part of job which is mandatory and must.
