Key Responsibilities : Lead the design of robotic systems, including 6-axis robots or cobots for pick-and-place, inspection, and material handling Design packaging machines like filling, weighing, pouch packing, cartoning, and over-wrapping systems Oversee custom SPM projects with complex mechanical and automation components Develop conveyor lines with integrated robotics for high-speed automation Collaborate with electrical, controls, and fabrication teams for seamless integration Required Skills : Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience in machine design. Knowledge of material selection, machining and manufacturing processes. Preferred candidate profile: Proficiency in automation tools such as PLC/HMI/SCADA Knowledge of electrical & electronics circuits Knowledge of Communication protocol (Modbus/TCP-IP/Profibus/Profinet/CC-link) Strong programming skills in languages such as Ladder Logic Familiarity with sensor technologies, actuators, and other automation devices Having the Knowledge of Database/Server & machine communication/Cyber security Knowledge of automation software -; GX Works, Tia PORTEL, Robo Guide and GT Designer. Knowledge of Robots (Fanuc/Yaskawa/Kuka) Prior experience in machine integrations and hands-on implementation of automation solutions Knowledge of Die Casting Process .
