*Working Hours* : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

*Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month*

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and drive performance in our outbound call centre operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in telecalling/tele-sales, with strong leadership skills, hands-on dialer experience, and a deep understanding of lead generation processes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage and drive the performance of the outbound sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Provide timely, accurate, and clear communication to all sales team members.

Track, evaluate, and update operational performance metrics for Sales Agents weekly

Monitor team performance based on KPIs and contractual obligations.

Ensure consistent and constructive feedback is delivered to Sales Agents.

Implement and execute strong team management and motivation strategies.

Ensure the team follows structured calling processes using dialers effectively.

*Requirements:*

Education: Graduate (Minimum)

Experience: 2 to 8 years, with at least 2 years as a Team Leader (on-paper experience required)

Languages: Proficient in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)

*Industry Exposure:*

Outbound telecalling, tele-sales, or lead generation experience required

Prior experience working with dialer systems is a must

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team

*Skills Required:*

Excellent team management and leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Familiarity with CRM and calling software/dialers
