The Team Leader/Sales will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and guidance, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales initiatives to achieve company goals. The candidate will work closely with the management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
