Job Title: Team Leader Location: Mira road Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 25k to 40k  Exp: Upto 1 year  Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of professionals and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure productivity targets are met, team morale is high, and customer satisfaction is maintained. You will play a key role in coaching, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Monitor individual and team performance through reports and KPIs. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team capabilities Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of work. Address any team issues and escalate when necessary. Maintain clear communication between team and management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions. Prepare and share performance reports with higher management. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools (e.g., CRM, HRMS, etc.). Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach. Preferred Skills: Experience in [sector – Sales] Conflict resolution and team motivation skills. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
