Hi Job seekers!! We are hiring for Telesales-Team Leader 🎯 Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Team Leader in an outbound International Sales process (US/UK/Aus). Team Handling: Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams. Age Limit: Should be below 35 years. Location: Preferred candidates from South Delhi or West Delhi. If not from these locations, candidates must have their own vehicle and be comfortable without commute reimbursement. Gender Preference: Only Male candidates required. Appearance: Should be presentable and professional in conduct. Background: No candidates from customer service, SME, or ATL backgrounds. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets for international campaigns (US/UK/Aus). Monitor and improve team performance through coaching and mentoring. Handle escalations and ensure quality and compliance in team performance. Report daily performance metrics to the manager. Motivate the team to achieve KPIs consistently.
