Inbound Calls: Handling calls from customers who have questions, complaints, or need assistance. Sales & Lead Generation: Converting leads into sales, explaining product benefits, and handling objections. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating databases. Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex problems.
