Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for Catering Division. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional support. Additional responsibilities include managing customer service operations, maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Interpersonal Skills
• Client facing service experience is a must
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service Management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
