Job Description

Position : Team Leader - Telesales Location : Hazaribag Key Responsibilities •Supervise and lead a team of outbound calling associates. •Monitor calls to evaluate the quality of communication, adherence to scripts, and process compliance. •Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and training to improve performance. •Track team KPIs and ensure daily targets and SLAs are met. •Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues. •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Amazon teams for smooth process execution. •Prepare performance reports and participate in weekly reviews.
