Team Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide their team to success.

• Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Coach and mentor team members to help them develop their skills and career goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is an asset.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
