Job Title: Marketing Team Leader
Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Team Leader to drive admissions, build partnerships, and enhance the school’s visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and experience in education sector marketing.

Key Responsibilities:1. Admission Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective areas and parent segments.
• Organize school tours, events, and promotional activities to increase admissions.

2. Society Activities

• Conduct branding and promotional activities in residential societies.
• Coordinate with society management for events, kiosks, and engagement activities.
• Represent the school in community-based programs to improve visibility.

3. Parent Counseling

• Handle parent inquiries and provide detailed counseling about school programs.
• Maintain a strong follow-up process to convert leads into admissions.
• Assist parents in understanding curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.

4. Data Acquiring

• Generate and manage admission leads from multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate and updated data records for analysis and reporting.
• Analyze lead reports and provide insights to improve marketing strategy.

5. Play Schools & Tuition Points Visits & Tie-ups

• Visit play schools, coaching/tuition centers for collaborations and tie-ups.
• Build strong external networks to generate a consistent lead pipeline.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and awareness sessions in partner institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.

Salary: As per industry standards
Location: Rajnagar Extension Ghaziabad/ Meerut
Joining: Immediate / As discussed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
