The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. The role involves coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining quality standards while fostering a collaborative work environment. The Team Leader is also expected to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced team efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills Ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Experience in project coordination and achieving organizational objectives Proficiency in relevant tools and software for team and project management Organizational skills to manage timelines and ensure quality delivery Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to the dynamic needs of the team Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (preferred) Prior experience in a leadership role within the machinery industry is advantageous
