Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for a full-time, on-site role at our office in New Delhi. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. The role involves coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining quality standards while fostering a collaborative work environment. The Team Leader is also expected to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced team efficiency and productivity.
