Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader – Telecalling to manage and motivate our outbound calling team. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership abilities, understands sales-driven calling environments, and can consistently guide the team toward meeting and exceeding targets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves coaching people, and is passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track key performance metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and quality scores.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, call quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Develop new strategies to boost productivity, lead quality, and conversions.
• Handle customer queries and escalations with professionalism.
• Prepare and share performance reports with management on a timely basis.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in a calling or sales process.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Energetic, target-driven, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in BPO, Call Center, Sales, or Financial Services sectors preferred.
