Team Leader - Tele Calling

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and guiding the CRC team to ensure daily process excellence, drive performance, and foster a positive work culture in order to meet business goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Tele-Callers to ensure daily productivity and quality standards are met. - Monitor team performance metrics including conversion rates, reachability, and customer satisfaction. - Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members to enhance their performance. - Ensure adherence to process and reporting requirements at all times. - Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations. - Handle escalations in a timely manner and ensure resolutions are achieved promptly. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center as a Team Leader. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Goal-oriented individual with a problem-solving mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting practices.
