Team Leader - Tele Calling

Job Description: As a Team Leader (Tele Calling) in our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of tele-callers focused on insurance renewals. Your primary location will be in Ahmedabad - Panchvati. With 3 to 5 years of experience in Telecalling, preferably in insurance renewal/customer service, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing calling strategies to maximize customer retention. Your salary will be up to 4.2 LPA, and the position is full-time. Your responsibilities will include training, mentoring, and monitoring team performance to ensure targets are met. You will handle escalations and resolve customer concerns regarding policy renewals. Furthermore, you will maintain and update customer databases, ensuring the accuracy of information. Collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to enhance the client experience will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, preparing and presenting reports on team performance and renewal conversions will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is required, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet targets. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
