Team Leader - Tele Calling

Role Overview: As a dynamic and people-focused Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to guide, mentor, and inspire the CRC team. You will be required to ensure daily process excellence, drive performance, and foster a positive work culture to achieve the business goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Tele-Callers, overseeing their daily productivity and quality. - Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, reachability, and customer satisfaction levels. - Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and motivation to enhance the team's performance. - Ensure 100% compliance with process guidelines and reporting requirements. - Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations. - Handle customer escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment in a Team Leader role. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Goal-oriented individual with a strong problem-solving mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting practices.
