Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and guide a team.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance performance and skill development.
  • Allocate tasks, set clear priorities, and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Foster a positive work culture and ensure the team operates effectively and cohesively.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Set team goals in line with departmental objectives and company strategy.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs and targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvements where needed.
  • Address any performance issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with the manager and upper management regarding team progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, productivity, and key outcomes.
  • Communicate changes in policies, procedures, and goals to the team effectively.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes that will increase efficiency, quality, or team satisfaction.
  • Lead or participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team-related issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Address and manage conflict within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and respectful working environment.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Depending on the industry, the TL may need to liaise with clients, customers, or stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Ensure the team delivers services/products according to client expectations and quality standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Leadership Ability: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and motivate a team toward common objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Conflict Management: Experience in resolving conflicts and handling challenging situations with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
