We are looking for a Team Lead -US Loan Operation for one of our esteemed clients in Gurugram having experience US Loan Operation,Loan Origination,Investment Banking ,Team Management,Team Lead.

Experience : 5+Years

Job Type : Permanent

Job Location : Gurugram

Work Mode : Onsite

Shifts : US shift

Week Offs : 5 Days working, 2Days off

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting the expected Levels of client Service Delivery.

Engaging with the client to strengthen the relationship.

Conducting daily client cadence calls.

Managing the internal customer

Liaisoning with the Quality and Training team to maintain the standards

Capacity planning and forecasting.

Identify the process improvement ideas

Good Problem-Solving knowledge to deal with dynamic situations.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting

Review untagged loan notices received from paying agents to properly identify lender name, facility name, effective date, activity type.

• Actively interact with agent bank to solve payment issues.

• Clear teams reporting exceptions prior to stated deadlines.

• Escalate risk issues to management.

• Run team reports upon request.

• Research paying agent keywords in system to improve auto-tagging.

• Ensure Asset Administration meets all SLAs and goals on high volume days.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in US Loan Operations and understanding of CLO- loans will be preferred. • Problem solving skills to manage the day-to-day operations. • Client and People Management skills. Should be able to motivate people. • Conflict management / Negotiation skills. • Experience in managing huge volume fluctuation • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills • Open to work in rotational shift to cater the requirements • Prioritizing RUSH requests and volume spike. • Experienced in doing process audits, updating procedure manuals.
