Key Roles & Responsibilities (Duties)Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers (cold or warm leads) from provided databases to introduce the company's offerings and explain product features and benefits. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales leads, gauging their interest, budget, and purchasing authority to pass qualified prospects to the Sales team. Inbound Call Handling: Professionally answer incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing accurate information about products, services, or promotions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversions, appointment setting, or direct sales (depending on the role's focus). Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM or database system. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, pricing, and current promotions to confidently answer customer queries and handle objections. Follow-up: Schedule and execute timely follow-up calls with prospects who require more time, information, or have expressed a high level of interest. Compliance: Adhere strictly to telecalling scripts, company policies, and data privacy regulations during all customer interactions. Required Skills & QualificationsRequirement TypeDescriptionEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is a plus.Experience[0-2] years of proven experience in a Telecaller, Telesales, or Customer Service role.CommunicationExcellent verbal communication skills in [Mention Required Language(s), e.g., Hindi and English] with a clear, professional, and confident telephone voice.Soft SkillsStrong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
