Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Surat. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure team targets are met, and provide training and development opportunities. Responsibilities also include effective communication with team members, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive work environment to foster team cohesion and productivity.
