Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at TradeIndia.com, based in Kolkata. The Team Leader will manage and guide a team to achieve specific targets, ensure smooth workflow processes, and foster collaboration within the group. Responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, providing feedback, creating strategies to meet business objectives, and maintaining clear communication channels. The role also involves identifying areas for individual and team improvement, fostering professional growth, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

Team management and leadership skills to mentor, guide, and motivate team members effectively
Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, coordinate, and achieve team objectives
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation to identify and address opportunities for improvement
Experience in a B2B or related business environment is a plus
A degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred
