Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, based in Salem. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure team productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, providing feedback, mentoring team members, and fostering collaboration. The Team Leader will also be responsible for resolving issues, monitoring team performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set and achieve performance goals and ensure accountability
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with relevant tools, software, or systems specific to the role and organization
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership position is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
