Team Leader

Roles and responsibilities: 1)      Managing day to day planning, operational challenges and solving problems of team. 2)      Maintenance of the data records & targets. 3)      Maintaining & sharing daily MIS reports 4)      People management including all HR related issues, as well as staff development. 5)      Operational management, managing floor and adherence to schedule.  6)      Ownership and problem resolution of process. 7)      Training and development for staff. 8)      Motivation, leadership for agents and developing future leaders. 9)      Conducting performance appraisal for the team. 10) Contribute to the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line. 11) Compiling reports of team performance, target Conversion, TAT and indicators. 12) Work very closely with the team members, understand the agent’s problems and weaknesses and address them. 13) Offers solution and suggestions for process and product improvement to management. 14) Working with the business in identifying key fraud risk areas and advising of controls to minimize such risks 15) Monitoring rosters and breaks. 16) Complete own targets and all KPI. 17) Manage shrinkage and Attrition. 18) Communicating with multiple clients for daily updates  Desired Candidate profile Qualification:  ·         Undergraduate/Graduate from a recognized university Preferred Skills: ·         Good communication skills in English with Good Team Management ·         Experience with Sales Process (Banking -Loan or Credit Card sales) ·         Minimum 2+ years of BPO experience and 1years as a Team Lead in Sales process ·         Willingness to work in 6 Days Schedule ·         Nature of work:  On-Site ·         Must and should be an immediate Joiner Contact (8008325085) for more information Reach out to - mamidineha@teleperformancedibs@gmail.com
