Team Leader

Location: Field-based Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Team Leader to build and manage a team of freelancers. The Team Leader will be responsible for daily coordination, conducting morning gate meetings, overseeing fieldwork, and ensuring effective task completion through the team. Key Responsibilities:Recruit and build a reliable team of freelancers for various field tasks. Conduct daily morning gate meetings to align the team on goals, updates, and daily tasks. Assign and supervise tasks to the freelancer team ensuring timely and quality completion. Monitor team performance and provide support and guidance as needed. Ensure smooth communication between freelancers and management. Act as the main point of contact between the field team and office. Resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team on the field. Maintain records of attendance, task completion, and team progress. Report daily to management on team status and fieldwork outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in team management or leadership roles. Ability to lead and motivate a team of freelancers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and planning abilities. Willingness to work on the field and manage on-ground activities. Problem-solving attitude and quick decision-making skills. Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation. Working Conditions:Daily morning meetings at the designated gate location. Regular field visits and supervision of freelancers. Flexible hours depending on fieldwork requirements.
