Team Leader - Personal Loan

Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Train, coach, and mentor team members on loan products, sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques. Ensure smooth lead allocation, tracking, and follow-up through CRM tools. Monitor team performance and generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management. Handle escalations and provide solutions to improve customer experience. Coordinate with the operations and partner support teams to ensure seamless loan processing. Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and customer-centricity. Maintain compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and partner NBFC/bank norms. RequirementsGraduate (MBA preferred, but not mandatory if proven sales leadership experience). 3-5 years of experience in telesales / inside sales, preferably in loans, fintech, or BFSI sector. At least 1-2 years of team management experience. Strong communication skills (Hindi & English both). Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting. Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred SkillsExperience in personal loans, business loans, credit cards, or insurance sales. Strong motivational and coaching skills. Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to scale a telesales team from startup to enterprise level.
