Team Leader

II. Key Responsibilities

• Leading and Motivating:
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve goals, and provide guidance and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify development needs.
• Set clear expectations and goals for team members.
• Managing Operations:
• Oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Address and resolve team-related issues and conflicts.
• Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Performance Management:
• Track team progress, identify performance gaps, and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and address any issues that may negatively impact team performance.
• Communication:
• Effectively communicate team goals, updates, and expectations to team members.
• Ensure clear communication within the team and with other departments.
• Maintain open communication channels and foster a collaborative atmosphere

• Experience:
• Minimum two years of experience in sales
• Education:
• Graduation

IV. Compensation

• Salary: 20K TO 35K (which totally depends on interview and experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
