Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
  • Oversee AHT (Average Handle Time) management to achieve targets and improve productivity.
  • Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates within the team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and adhere to SLA's.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on Team Leading or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Attrition, SHRINKAGE control, Team Coaching, Team Handling, Team Leadership skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
