Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)

Job Summary

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, guiding them to achieve sales targets, and ensuring strong client relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Handle client inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor progress against goals.
• Represent VeeTec Builders professionally at site visits, events, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, real estate, or construction.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
