Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate Process (Voice) Department: Operations / SalesLocation: [Ghansoli] Experience: 2–5 years (minimum 1 year as Team Leader in BPO / Real Estate) Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to handle a team of telecallers in the Real Estate voice process. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead conversion, team management, and target achievement within a call center environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of telecallers handling inbound and outbound real estate sales calls. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved. Motivate and coach team members to improve performance and productivity. Monitor calls and provide regular feedback and training for quality improvement. Allocate leads, track performance, and maintain MIS reports. Coordinate with sales managers and developers for property updates and client requirements. Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to process guidelines. Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Good knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting. Real estate knowledge (residential/commercial projects preferred). Target-oriented and performance-driven attitude. Proficiency in English and Hindi (regional language will be an advantage). Qualification:Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
