Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader/ Assistant Manager– Motor/ Health Insurance (BPO) Location: Ghansoli Reports To: Operations Manager Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-20 agents in handling life insurance-related tasks such as policy issuance, claims processing, underwriting. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and provide coaching. Set clear performance expectations and ensure that the team meets or exceeds individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals. Ensure the team is well-trained on life insurance processes, product knowledge, and customer service protocols. Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority client/customer issues, ensuring timely resolution. Communicate effectively with clients (internal or external) regarding service delivery, performance updates.
