Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: [Navi Mumbai] Department: Operations / Customer Service Employment Type: Full-time Candidates who can communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Communicate clearly in English, Hindi, and any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam). Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the CRM system. Follow process scripts and quality guidelines during every interaction. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets. Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction on every call. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Fluency in any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is mandatory. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed. Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance goals.
