Team Leader - Operations

As a Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Sorters who receive shipments and ensuring the smooth allocation of shipments for bike and van deliveries based on available resources. Your duties will include training and ensuring operational standards awareness among team members, sorting shipments according to defined routes, and creating the Runsheet/Pickup sheet for daily work assignment to Wish Masters (WMs). You will also be tasked with preparing reports, executing ERP transactions, and sharing day end reports. In addition, you will be involved in cash collection, accounting, and reconciliation with ERP, as well as participating in delivering shipments/pickups to customers as per operational requirements. It will be your responsibility to motivate and manage the team assigned to you, control attrition, handle grievances, provide coaching and training as per OKR, and ensure zero customer escalations. You will also play a key role in supporting the organization in the seamless adoption of new policies and processes. Monitoring undelivered shipments in ERP, tracking Wish Masters" performance in real-time, providing enroute support to Wish Masters, and ensuring zero stock variance at hubs on a daily basis are crucial aspects of this role. Achieving Key Performance Indicators of Team Leader as per the company's goals will be essential for success in this position.
