Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in Domestic, with 7-10 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO/Call Centre operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in BPO/Call Centre operations with at least 7 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of domestic market trends and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance levels.
