About the Role
As an Operations Analyst at the Thomson Reuters Foundation, you will:

Coordinate organisation-wide mapping of major events, activities, and priorities with delivery and core teams.

Design and improve cross-team processes to enable efficient collaboration; help identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.

Document, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (e.g., onboarding for staff and contractors).

Work with TR facilities and operations teams (including travel and security teams) to help ensure group-wide policies and approaches are embedded in Foundation ways of working
-
Support the rollout and implementation of Foundation policies with different Foundation and TR functions; coordinate staff training as required.

Work with delivery teams to provide support to teams with annual and strategic planning

Work closely with different teams to help design and execute corporate and impact surveys, collating, analysing and communicating results to SLT and relevant stakeholders

Steward data within Salesforce to ensure key information is captured, accurate, and appropriately shared across teams
-
Provide business analysis and operational support to different teams, including data stewardship, report/dashboard production, procurement tender coordination, basic performance analytics, and information management (templates, repositories, version control); ensure aligned processes and information flow.

Build and maintain systems for efficient storage and sharing of templates and operational materials to support cross-functional working.
About You
To be our Operations Analyst , you will likely have:

3- 5 years of experience in business operations or a similar coordination/enablement role.

Hands-on experience designing, documenting, and improving processes and workflows; comfortable mapping bottlenecks and proposing fixes.

Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions

Proven ability to create clear SOPs, guides, and templates with good version control.

Data stewardship mindset with practical experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and MS Excel; able to produce basic reports/dashboards.

Organised, proactive, and improvement-oriented; uses data and feedback to drive efficiency and unblock issues.

Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.

Fluent spoken and written English
