Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to achieve operational goals.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyze customer feedback and provide coaching to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and enhance overall customer experience.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and teleperformance tools is an asset.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
