Key Responsibilities: Design mechanical components and assemblies for production. Develop accurate 2D and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA. Prepare and manage BOMs (Bill of Materials). Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) for precision in drawings. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and product optimization. Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements. Maintain design documentation and support PLM tools if required. Required Skills: 13 years of experience in mechanical design or product development. Strong knowledge of GD&T , mechanical drawings, and tolerancing. Proficiency in SolidWorks , AutoCAD , and CATIA (V5 preferred) . Experience in mechanical assembly and component design . Exposure to PLM tools and BOM preparation. Strong analytical and communication skills. Education Qualification: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
